Meet Jessica

Jessica Brant.

Jessica is a strategist, accountant, and school leader. She is the CEO of Brant & Associates — a strategic accounting and advisory firm — and the founder of Jessica Brant Coaching, where she works with business owners and leaders on the decisions behind the numbers.

A University of South Florida alumna, a wife, and a mother, Jessica has built organizations, led teams, kept her own books, and sat across the table from founders navigating growth, hiring, taxes, and every hard call in between. Her work is grounded in what she's actually done, not what sounds good on a slide.

She works best with people who are ready to stop reacting and start deciding — owners moving from survival to strategy, leaders building something that has to outlast them.
